    Problem is clearly not resolved. It's 10th August now and it's not possible to access the payment process for renewing domains or email addresses. I am attempting to access from the UK.

    I have not been able to access my email since yesterday. I am expecting a very important email from a govt' agency. It was supposed to have come in yesterday (Friday Sept 12) and I needed to reply to it promptly. I was unable to do this due to NS being down. What gives?
